Compton Condominiums, also known as The Compton, is centrally located in Irving Texas in the Dallas Fort Worth (DFW) metroplex.

The Compton is a small condominium complex, so it’s easier to get to know your neighbors. The Compton is a hidden gem nestled between single family homes, so the area is quiet compared to others in Irving, Texas. It's centrally located In Irving Texas, the center of the DFW area.
DIRECTIONS
The Compton is close to just about everything. You can take the road south as a shortcut to Beltline, or take it north to get to Esters Road and I-183 and I-161 just 3/4 mile away. It’s within walking distance of public transportation too, if you want to save on gas. The south entrance road to the DFW airport is about three miles away. Each of the 28 units at The Compton is individually owned. The property is managed by the owners which keeps our condominium fees a great value.
